Clinton Barker is a self-taught artist with a background in commercial screen printing, and is an edition printer with Basil Hall Editions in Canberra. Working predominantly with oil painting and screen print, Clinton's work encompasses expressionism and semi-abstract figurative representation.

Clinton's lithograph Spewing Out Seeds of Faith was exhibited as part of Clinton's solo exhibition Inner Dynamics at the Woolloongabba Art Gallery in November 2016; and his artist book Makers of the Wind was exhibited at the Codex Book Fair in San Francisco, USA in January 2017.
